The Sta-Rite™: Headrest Hardware provides a 6-way adjustable hardware that slides up and down, in and out or side to side.  The hardware gives flexibility to height and angle which offers additional positioning features.  The set screws are used to keep head rest in place.  The quick release feature offers easy removal of hardware and pad.  Available with Synergel  Dimensions™    Pad in two sizes.
